By booking an appointment with Forward Grooming, you agree to these simple terms.

Appointments

Please arrive on time and let us know in advance about any health issues, anxiety, or behavior concerns. We'll always do our best to keep your dog safe and comfortable.

Cancellations

Things happen. Please give us at least 24 hours notice when you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit on future bookings.

Health & safety

Dogs must be up to date on rabies vaccinations. If your dog is sick, has fleas, or has been exposed to a contagious illness, please reschedule. We reserve the right to stop a service if a dog's safety or wellbeing is at risk.

Matting

We don't dematt to the point of pain. If matting is severe, the humane choice is a shorter cut. We'll explain your options at drop-off and price accordingly.

Pricing

Prices listed online start "from" and may vary based on size, coat condition, and time required. The final price is confirmed at the appointment.

Photos

We may take photos of your dog for our gallery and social channels. If you'd rather we don't, just let us know and we'll skip it.
